Physiological and user-provided information necessary for the operation of the OxiWear Fitness application, including:

• Blood oxygen saturation (SpO2)
• Pulse rate
• Height
• Weight

This information is collected through the OxiWear device and user input and is used solely for fitness monitoring, wellness insights, safety alerts, and application functionality. It is not used for medical diagnosis or clinical treatment.

Emergency Contact Information

An emergency contact phone number only, provided by the user, used exclusively to notify the designated contact during a detected emergency event.

Geolocation Data

Precise location information derived from GPS-based functionality on the user’s mobile device, collected only to:

• Provide environmental context relevant to the user’s activity or condition; and
• Transmit the user’s location to the designated emergency contact during an emergency event.

Device and Application Information

Technical and operational information collected automatically, including:

CREATING A USER PROFILE OR ACCOUNT       

We collect Personal Information directly from you when you create an account or use the OxiWear Fitness application. Information may also be collected automatically as part of providing core functionality, safety monitoring, and system reliability.

OxiWear Fitness is a mobile application and does not use traditional web cookies.

We may use limited mobile technologies, including local storage and application analytics tools, solely to support:
